Using this site
You may browse the site and use the enquiry forms for legitimate business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful information.
Quotes and service
Prices shown or discussed through the site are indicative until confirmed in writing. A quote depends on the lane, weight, volume, packaging, accessorials and the service selected. Service availability may change without notice.
Shipments
Shipments are governed by the applicable consignment note, the agreed service terms and the law in force. The customer is responsible for accurate declarations, compliant packaging and any licences required for the goods.
Liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, DAAK Logistic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability for a shipment is limited by the agreed shipment terms and applicable law.
Intellectual property
The DAAK name, logo, copy and design of this site belong to DAAK Logistic or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published here applies from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts named in the shipment contract.
