Information we collect

We collect the details you choose to send us through the quote and contact forms: your name, company, phone number, email address, city, shipment details and any message you write.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as the page requested, browser type, approximate location and time of the request for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, prepare a quote, plan a pickup and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website or move a shipment — for example hosting, email, analytics or delivery partners — and only to the extent needed for that task. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand which pages are useful and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and send information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and device, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and whether you used the quote form or a call, WhatsApp or email link. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or message to either service.

These tools load only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you choose “Reject”, or make no choice, they are not loaded and set no cookies. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask on every page; it is not used to identify you.

You can change your mind at any time: select “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose again. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and removes the analytics cookies from this site; it does not affect anything collected before you withdrew. Data already received by Google or Meta is handled under their own privacy policies and retention settings. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.

Retention and security

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to answer the request and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will respond during business hours.
